Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl mix the tuna, mayonnaise, onion, green peppers, celery, soy sauce and ground pepper.
  2. Cover bowl and set aside in refrigerator.
  3. Cut tomato crosswize into 6 sextions , cut down to 1 inch of bottom.
  4. Spread the tomato to form a cup.
  5. Spoon mixture in tomato cup and serve with avocado slices on the side.1
