  1. In a small bowl mix the garlic, cilantro, paprika, and cumin together. Add the lemon juice and olive oil.
  2. Place fish and marinade in a shallow bowl and cover. Marinate for 3-4 l hours in refrigerator. Turn the fish over from time to time to evenly coat the fish with the marinade.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Turn fish over after about 4-5 minutes. Fish is done when flaky.
Recipe Notes

Serve with Rice and garnish with fresh cilantro.
