Homemade from Scratch Honey Cornbread
Moist and fluffy cornbread, perfect with butter and drizzled with honey.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. In a medium bowl mix flour , cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  3. In a small bowl mix the honey, milk, butter, vegetable oil.
  4. Add the honey and milk mixture to the dry mix, just enough to until the ingrdients are moistened, Batter will be thick.
  5. Pour batter into a 10 inch cast Iron skillet or a greased 9 inch square baking pan.
  6. Cook for between 20-25 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
